Please note the following: 1. All applicable membership and associated fees must accompany this form, as well as proof of identification and residential address. 2. Persons who have attained the age of 18 years shall be eligible for nomination as a member. 3. All details requested must be completed and provided before this Application can be processed. 4. Application must be in the hands of the Secretary 14 days prior to the monthly board meeting generally held on the last Friday or first Monday of every month. 5. Persons who have applied for a membership shall have “immediate” rights of the category sought. 6. Club Tocumwal’s membership year runs from the 1st of September – 31st of August, therefore all members become unfinancial as at 1st of September each year. 7. Club Tocumwal’s Company Constituion & Privacy Policy are available upon request at Reception. 8. All members of Club Tocumwal can play Social Bowls events. If members wish to play in competition they must be a Bowls, Golf & Bowls or Country Bowls member.
