Our course staff have been busy ticking off their winter jobs! Today's included our Apprentices Matt & Connor giving our colour scheme a make over! Clearly impressed by the photo opportunity 😉

The reconstruction of the fairway bunker on the 10th hole of the Captains course at Tocumwal Golf & Bowls Club has been underway over the last week.
While the size of the bunker has reduced, it has been built up so that it becomes more noticeable from the tee.
It also features a rolled in tongue to allow ease of access if it does happen to catch your ball. 🏌️♂️

Today Division 4 played at Shepparton against Rochester and won 4-1.
Phil Cheesewright was first off at number 5 and in cold and windy conditions struggled to keep warm and went down 4&2.
Rod Buchmasser had another strong game and after a shaky start warmed up and won 3&2 and continues to impress his fellow teammates with his never give in attitude.
John Bradbury playing at number 3 has found his groove and won again 4&3 and put his shakey start to the season behind him.
Dean Page played again this week and had a win 4&3 and also found the cold weather a challenge but got up for the win.
Shane Halloran playing at number 1 notched up another win and after a scrappy start turned the game around and with a birdie on the 16th hole put the pressure on his opponent and won on the 17th 3&1 .
Toc is sitting in 2nd place on the ladder and play the leaders Kialla at Kialla next Sunday.
