You are hereby notified that the Annual General Meeting of Tocumwal Golf & Bowls Club Limited will be held at the Tocumwal Golf & Bowls Club in the Clubhouse on Monday 25 October 2021 at 6.00pm.

Open – Wednesday 8 September at 9.00am
Close – Thursday 23 September at 6.00pm.
Please contact the office Monday – Friday for information on the regulatory requirements of a Director position and for a nomination form.
Nomination forms are available from the office, Monday – Friday and are to be returned to the office when complete.
Three (3) Director Positions (Group 3)
This is a three-year term. The Triennial Rule applies.
A postal ballot with voting papers, will be posted out to eligible members on Friday 24 September 2021.
Members eligible to be nominated or to nominate must be a Full Member or a Life Member as at Thursday 23 September 2021.
Voting will close on Friday 22 October 2021 at 6.00pm.
Voting papers must be returned addressed to the Returning Officer.
Voting will be conducted using the preferential voting system.
Interested Social Members or Observers, who wish to attend the Annual General Meeting are to make a written request to the General Manager 7 days prior to the Meeting.
